Toro, in Boston, helmed by James Beard Award-winning chef, Ken Oringer, serves delectable Spanish tapas dishes in its contemporary and charming restaurant.     Head to Steele and Rye in Milton, MA for a lovely dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The food is delicious. The bread alone is worth the trip - thick slices of warm bread with butter. Our server, Gigi, was fun and attentive. She and her staff made sure our water glasses were kept full. The food was excellent. The Rigatoni was the best I have had in years - rich with meat and sauce. My guest's kale salad was artfully presented and a good sized portion. I wish there were more neighborhood gems like Steele and Rye.

    Food was excellent as always. Unfortunately, the service was spotty. The server misheard our order for two entrees and brought just one. Once alerted to the error, she quickly brought the second entree as well. The gratuities on top of the bill, starting at 25%, are a bit too high.

    We dine here often and with good reason. The consistency for all the categories you ask about on the survey are always over the top. The staff, the venue, the FOOD and the prices are all great. This owner has other restaurants in the area and it is the same experience at any of them when we visit. So if you’re local - stay local and try this gem. And if you’re not local - it is worth a trip!
