Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking.     We always have a lovely time when we dine at 1847. Meals are always delicious and service impeccable! I only wish they would change their menu items more often perhaps with every season and the various ingredients available with each new season.

    Amazing! Consistently perfect. On Valentine’s Day they had a specialty menu with Wagyu, amongst other things. They also offered a glass of complimentary champagne, truffles and a single red rose. It was absolutely perfect. I ordered the ribeye, baked potato, creamed corn, Cesar salad and crème brûlée. All items were cooked perfectly and delicious.

    Marché is always amazing. The food is cooked perfectly, the drinks are fun, the wine selection and recommendations are wonderful. They have a fun ambiance with good energy but not too loud. Really a perfect place to celebrate a special ocassion.
