Our server Samantha was fantastic and all the food was delicious. We had the fried Brussels sprouts, the octopus, salmon, chicken, and ended with the churros for dessert and everything was so tasty! Really glad we ate here. Thanks for an excellent meal!

Had a superb dinner this time around--better than all our past visits, and all the past visits have been good, so don't get me wrong--it's just that this time everything was beyond good. Appetizer to share: Day Boat Scallops en Croute ~ Jack Herron’s Wild Fennel Pollen White Sturgeon Caviar – Champagne Beurre Blanc. **We have this EVERY time and it is always fantastic. EVERYONE should have this--it serves two. **Also, we hope they NEVER take it off the menu. Mains: Herb Crusted Mt Lassen Steelhead Trout ~ Babe Farms Mustard Frills, Prince of Orange Potatoes – Asparagus – Tarragon Oil – Sauce Béarnaise. First time ordering this, really enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Prime New York Strip Loin ~ Costeaux Sourdough, Potato Fondant – Gremolata Marrow Bone – Chimichurri – Panzanella Salad. Always very good (BTW, the salad that accompanies this dish is very good!) Dessert: Mountain Rose Apple Frangipane ~ Vanilla Ice Cream – Marcona Almonds - Vanilla Tuille – Apple Cider Reduction. YUM! Wine: Valette has their own wines and they are very good. We always have the Pinot Noir and the Sauvignon Blanc. Cocktails: Gin & (House Made) Tonic~ No.3 Gin, House Made Tonic. Very good! Twigs & Berries ~ Terrior gin, Green Chartreuse, Raspberry, Pineapple, Lime, Egg Whites. Interesting, and very good!

excellent service from the moment we got out of the car for the valet to the walk through the patio to the lobby was flawless. immaculate welcome through and through. and the food! i can't find anything that could be improved! beautifully presented, perfectly served in a very warm, private atmosphere. certainly coming back!
