Yuta was the name the Ute Indians called the area and themselves, meaning "mountain top" or "people who live high is the mountains." Legend has it, when Spanish explorers arrived and asked the natives what this area was called, they were told "YUTA." Its mountains have seen many cultures pass through or inhabit, starting with the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans; then, the Utes. As US western expansion continued, more cultures moved through the area – from as far away as Eastern Europe and China.     Ambiance and service are outstanding. Food was fantastic. Everyone told us Riverhorse is the best restaurant in Park City but the experience at Grappa far exceeded.

    Unbelievably great meal. Not just the food, but the entire dining experience. Front hostess was kind, helpful and bubbly. The server was exquisite. Highly knowledgeable, eloquent, patient and on top of everything. Food was insanely good. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The saki was good, but the plum whisky was divine (a must try), plus the pure wasabi they offer as a side is wonderful and interesting. Cant recommend this restaurant enough. Go there and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

    My husband and I go to Ruth’s Chris every December to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary, and Christmas, all in one. We’ve not had a bad experience yet. It has such a great atmosphere, and wonderful views by the windows (which we ask for every time for that reason). The food is always 100% amazing, and we look forward to coming back every year:)
