- MMichaelWisconsin •20 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI'm more of a local independent restaurant guy with supporting creative local people, but once in a while, I can't resist the best chain restaurant in the country, Milwaukee's Capital Grille. Wow, outstanding service, food, atmosphere. Wine list could use some help with older vintages and hard to find stuff like Brunello, Barolo, Bordeaux, Phillip Togni Cabs, Keenan Reserves.More infoThe Capital Grille - MilwaukeePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Milwaukee•4.9

- OTOpenTable DinerWisconsin •1 review5.0Dined on 8 May 2024Everything was great from the waiters to the food. Food portions were just right. Having 4 choices for the appetizer as well as the entree would suit any tastebuds. This was my first time eating a MATC Cuisine and will be coming back.More infoMATC Cuisine RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•4.5
- ILILovePaellaChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined on 7 Sept 2016The steak was very well cooked (medium rare but on the rarer side) and the potatoes were good. The bistro is in the lobby of the hotel, so it has the potential to be loud depending on the day. It was nice and quiet while I was thereMore infoJulep/Bistro 333 - Hyatt Regency MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•3.7
- Kkemps0177Minneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews4.0Dined on 4 Dec 2015I stayed here at the beginning of December when in town for an event at the Bradley Center. My wife and I ate here the first of two nights while staying at the Hilton. The hotel offered a deal for money towards dining on-site when I booked on-line. Our service was prompt, and we were seated right away. The food was typical pub food, but was very good. The beer selection was quite good, but they were out of some of the listed beers on the menu. I had two different local brews recommended by the staff. They were quite good. The bar was hopping when we arrived, but I had no problem having a conversation with my wife. I would rate this a place for younger professionals versus the older dining crowd. Our second night, we at the Chop House next door, but returned here for dessert. It was excellent! The bar was lively again with patrons out to see a cover band. The music was good and added to the fun of the night. I would certainly return here when in Milwaukee again.More infoMiller Time Pub & Grill - MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• American• Milwaukee•4
