Finding harmony between authenticity and originality is something that first ignited the flame at Mesa Verde back in 2013 and continues to feed it today.     We regularly eat at Hwadam because the quality of the food is always too notch, and tonight was own of the best experiences when it came to service. The staff were absaloutly amazing! Tentative, polite and friendly. Tonight was one of our best experiences at Hwadam so far. I hope they keep it up as it really encourages me to take more friends and family there.

    The bar tender was so lovely and considerate throughout our whole meal making us feel welcome. The vibes inside were perfect and all staff were lovely. The meal was sensational particularly the kingfish ceviche. I will definitely be visiting again with friends and family!

    Dishes were great and reminded us of our long-ago trip to Bali. Very flavorful and not overly spicy (although the homemade sambal will jazz up any dish if you wish) Twice cooked ribs, aged duck and Balinese pork skewers were all standouts. Service was prompt and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Great experience overall!

    Staff were very helpful for the large group we had booked for and easily accommodated a few extra people who came on the day. No issues at all with the pre-ordered meals. Was a simple process to book for a large group. All meals were great and the lunch time special was great value.
