Restaurants near Municipal Lighting Plant Sub Station Number

Our Server Thomas was amazing with my 12 year old son who is a foodie. Engaged him with talking about what was in the dishes we ordered. Other nice restaurants would seem put out by having kids there but Thomas was wonderful and encouraging to my son to pursue his passion for good food.

We will drive out of our way to eat here. The good is always plentiful and delicious. My husband had the lunch trio which was a great value. Reservations are not always needed but we like to make them just so we can get a high top table in the bar area.

Always a great meal and cocktails. This is our go to place for special nights out . Last night for the first time, I tried the French onion soup. It was outstanding. And Josh, the bartender as usual is outstanding.

I wonderful food, wonderful service. It can be loud with the boisterous crowd. Definitely a highlight meal during Our stay at CHQ.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits to Afterwords. The walk from the hotel was short and beautiful. The atmosphere was classy yet casual, with high ceilings and comfortable seating. There's a sommelier on staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a type of wine I like on the menu that you can't find just anywhere. The charcuterie offering made a nice dinner, including the arugula with tasty balsamic blaze that came with it. My server, Bear, was great. Wish this group would set up shop in Asheville where I live!
