Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Truly worth every peso and penny. My partner and I shared 6 drinks between the two of us, and they were all incredible. Everything from the entrance to the exit was intentional and so well-thought out. There is so much I could say and it still wouldn't be enough - highly highly recommend.
