- NSNathanSMaine •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had been wanting to have dinner at Jaleo for the past few years and finally got to go tonight for my wife’s birthday dinner. Let me start off by saying that it lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We had the mid-range tasting menu with the sherry pairing and every bite was delicious. Our experience was enhanced by our server Carlos’ knowledgeable description of each course and each of the sherries. We look forward to coming back.More infoJaleo - DCPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Penn Quarter•4.7

- JJo-AnnevipWashington, D.C. Area •17 reviews5.0Dined on 13 Nov 2024We come to this restaurant before Caps games. It is very busy on game nights. But the wait staff is always wonderful and pleasant even with the chaos. The food is consistently good. The manager,Eric Pollard,is outstanding! He makes it a point to stop at all the tables but more importantly, he actually engages with the customers, and seems to truly care what they think. Since we are there fairly often, he has gotten to be familiar with us and immediately will come over and say hi. He just makes you feel important, even though there are hundreds of people within the restaurant. He is one of the reasons that we come back for every game. Leadership like his trickles down to the staff which is evident in how in turn the staff treats customers.More infoClyde's of Gallery PlacePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.6
