Let's start with the service. Agatha was superb! Her professionalism and personality started and completed the experience at a five-plus star level. The wine and cocktails were perfect. I had a Hot Toddy, and my wife had a great wine. Soup: The chicken noodle soup was the best I have ever had in a restaurant, and the French Onion was top-notch. Dinner: The Lemon Parmesan Chicken was outstanding. The Chicken and Kale Salad was made to perfection. This was our anniversary, and they brought us ice cream with Kalua syrup to cap off a great dining experience.

The ambiance is unmatched. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays, but the setting is beautiful year-round. One of the meals was the short ribs with mashed sweet potatoes. The meal was delicious. Our appetizer of shrimp cocktail had very tasty large shrimp with a wonderful cocktail sauce. Bianca, our waitress, was attentive and professional who makes the experience special and personnel. She remembered our drink order from 2 weeks ago. Emily, the assistant general manager, greets us on every visit. She also makes each dining experience memorable. For all these reasons, we decided to celebrate our 51-year wedding anniversary at Sapphire Creek Winery.

Food was very good with generous portions and the red blend was wonderful. Noise level was fine when we got there; as it filled up it got close to being a bit too loud. We were not rushed and enjoyed a very pleasant evening without feeling like we overstayed our welcome. We would, and will definitely return…..soon.

First time having the lunch menu, great options with combinations for lunch. Had the cauliflower bites as an app, large portion and tasty!

We love Jojo's! We were happy to celebrate the holidays following one of our family member's performance in Chagrin Valley Little Theater's Christmas Concert & introduce this lovely spot to family visiting from across states - Ca, SC, & Illinois...Caleb did a wonderful job serving our large party of 12! Our entrees & wine selections were delicious! We felt a bit removed from the main restaurant & festive decorations as we were tucked away upstairs in the far back booth-like table. Perhaps this is the only spot to accommodate a party of our size. It is definitely noisy - could hardly hear one another speak. Also, please be mindful that 20% gratuity already included with groups this size...we didn't pay attention and added another 20%. We enjoyed a lovely evening of food, company, making memories & sharing the spirit of the season! Thank you! We will be back!
