Before last night , I hadn’t hadn’t visited itta bena in years . I chose to visit last night primarily due to vicinity to an event I was attending at the Westin a few blocks away just prior. It was in the 30s outside and I wanted a short walk more than anything. I have never had a bad experience at Itta Bena, That being said, it was an amazing dining experience , they have raised the bar in service and food since my last visit. Kudos!

Our request for a table by the window was honored and the hostess greeted us warmly. The food was excellent for all five of us. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the complimentary desserts were over the top. Our 13-year-old grandson loved the white chocolate duck. Our server had worked at the Peabody for 11 years and obviously loved her job and even said so. We could not have been more pleased with the experience.
