Restaurants near Northridge Plaza Shopping Center

I’ve been to several locations and never had a bad meal or bad service. This is no exception. Please keep in mind that they literally JUST opened less than 2 months ago. Also, a reminder that a restaurant seeming short staffed isn’t a good reason for a bad review, especially if you had great service and your food was made well. The staff is always wonderful, from the host stand to the servers, the kitchen and the management. If you are coming here for a quick 30 minute in and out, go elsewhere and save this for when you have the time to enjoy it. Cooper’s Hawk is intended to be a slow paced experience, where you enjoy each course with plenty of time in between to also enjoy the company you’re with. Almost like a throwback to the time when families would sit around the table to talk for hours - to savor the moments and the flavors of a good meal. Yes, the bar gets backed up. They are also a winery and sometimes people go JUST for the wines/bar. Their cocktails are hand made and not pre-mixed. You can have quality or quickness. I’ll gladly wait on quality. The food has always been phenomenal, with some of my personal favorites being the potstickers and flatbreads for appetizers and then the gnocchi (any of them) and the short ribs for a lunch or dinner entree. Today I got the shrimp scampi and it was perfectly done. Oh, and those donuts at Saturday brunch are for sure worth a cheat day. Make sure you don’t skip on the pretzel bread, and of course the wines (my favorite is the Sparkling Almond or the Cooper’s Hawk Merlot and Cabernet). ☺️

Truly our favorite steak house. It's an annual trek from Richfield out to Avon for my daughter's birthday... Strip is her spot for Wagyu steaks! The menu and specials make decisions very tough, as there are so many choices. All the steaks were cooked perfectly and service was spot on. A pricey dinner but worth every penny. PS the Signature Old Fashioned is a great choice. Would highly recommend,

This place is such a vibe! I went by myself the first day then came back with my BF the next day! We really enjoyed the drinks & burgers! Make sure you try the truffle fries and the Napa Valley Sour cocktail! Doug was our server and he was excellent! He seems like a very hard worker as he was bartending and serving! 10/10 experience, we will be back!!

The food came out came out extremely fast and was absolutely delicious. I had the braised short rib ravioli and my friend had the mussels (both 10/10). Will 100% be back!

Truly enjoy dining at Veranda. Service is always top-notch. Food is prepared perfectly and many great choices.
