For our entrées, we indulged in the Caribbean Red Coconut Curry and the Mahi Mahi Dinner Special. Both dishes showcased the chef’s skillful use of local flavors and fresh ingredients. The Caribbean Red Coconut Curry was rich and flavorful, with layers of spice that were beautifully balanced. The Mahi Mahi, cooked to perfection, was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to high-quality, seasonal seafood. A highlight of the evening was a personal visit from Chef Andrew, who thoughtfully stopped by our table to recommend dishes and assist with wine pairings. We were so impressed by Blue Water Bistro! They gave us a complimentary champagne glass as we were celebrating a date night. The service was the best we had on the island and the chef even came around to each table to ensure we enjoyed our food. Beautiful setting, great food! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Turks!

We enjoyed a birthday celebration with friends. We were seated right away on the terrace. Super cool vibe with bistro lights and chill music. The plants all around the terrace give you a great cozy feeling. Great service by Marie-Eve and the Manager, Chris stopped by the table to ensure everything was to our liking. The food was delivered timely and delicious! And great wine selection! We will be back for sure!

The table was on the edge of the beach and made the atmosphere magical! We shared the tomahawk steak which was delicious!
