Built in 1880, The Inn was at one time a brothel, until it was raided by federal officers. The Inn was a favorite site of cowboys and teamsters, who appreciated the fine foods and jovial atmosphere.Over 100 years later, the Inn at Tres Pinos is now a San Benito County Historical Landmark, carefully restored by owner, Mike Howard.     The artwork inside is cute and nice to look at. Our table, which was located where you can't see it and can't see any of the artwork, might as well be located by the backdoor. The fact that we were visiting with old friends, allowed us not to notice. The food was great! All four of us all were satisfied with taste and the amount of food on our plates.

    We were seated about 45 minutes after our reservation time. The ambiance was nice and the staff were friendly. I love the meat service. Everything was delicious and they feed you more than enough. It was truly a great experience. I will definitely be back.
