Restaurants near Old School

Our favorite restaurant! Even my 14 year old quickly shouts it out when given the choice of where to celebrate all of life’s events.

Our 2nd time at Cafe Monarch and we brought family this time…we had built up expectations really high with them…and we did not think it was possible for Chef Ben and the team to exceed the heights they scaled the first time we came but somehow they did! The food is just incredible!!! Each course an explosion of tastes!!! And the service is exceptional! Everyone invested in making sure each moment there is special for you! They are amazing!!!!!

This was a fantastic experience. The food was incredible - I have never experienced something at this level. The staff was amazing and the Chef came out to meet us for one of the courses. It was great observing how the Chef and staff interacted which other very calm, organized and passion to deliver excellence with everything they did. Very Happy - thank you for making a birthday celebration perfect and memorable.

The House Brasserie is always a delight! The team is superbly trained and incredibly gracious. They are attentive without being intrusive. Timing and preparation are exceptional. The sea bass was perfect!

Our server was excellent and very attentive and helpful. Starting with the chips, salsa and guacamole were all wonderful!!Everyone was happy with their meals also. My only complaint, which is minor there was a bit of crunch or uncooked rice in my serving. We were inside in a small back room that got pretty warm. There was no ceiling fan to help cool it down. Upon going to the rest room I found the front of the restaurant very comfortable. Love sitting outside but it was too hot.
