The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.Our menus change with the seasons as well as always holding a few of our signature dishes, freshly cooked to order by our Head Chef and his team, emphasising freshness, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish.     We had an absolutely amazing experience for a special occasion—our friend’s wedding celebration. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service stood out the most—our waiter went above and beyond, taking the time to show us different steak cuts and sharing his incredible knowledge of the menu. His attention to detail made the dining experience even more special. The host was equally fantastic—so warm, friendly, and engaged, making us feel truly welcome. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making this a experience to remember. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

    Absolutely wonderful as always, the food was brilliant and everyone who served us was lovely. They also put a candle in my husbands dessert for his birthday, which I really appreciated. However, they absolutely need to do something about the toilets. In the middle of a cold, wet, winters evening it’s really unpleasant needing to go outside into the mud to go to the toilet in a shed in the garden centre. Not really appropriate for a £100 a head dining experience. The only dark spot on an otherwise lovely evening.
