The Christmas Season is the best time to visit Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn. Having reservations truly helps this time of the year since it is very busy. Checking in for the reservation was simple and quick and though we were a bit early we got seated very quickly. The service was phenomenal as it always is and the food was fantastic as always. Nice to see them bring back their cottage cheese as one of the salad style dishes that comes out with the soup. Of course their Blue Hubbard Squash is in season at the moment and it was delicious. Chicken very hot and juicy and hit the spot! Of course the extra added bonus this time around was that Santa stopped to say hi! As I will always state, no visit to Frankenmuth is complete without a World Famous Chicken Dinner from Bavarian Inn!

Deb is a fabulous server! She was very attentive, helpful and happy. Our food was so great! We both ate dishes we’d never tried before (the turkey wrap and Chef Chopped Salad) with the exception of the French onion soup which is a must whenever we go there! We wish they had prepurchase gift cards like The H Hotel does!! Can’t wait for our next meal there! And again, we loved Deb as our server!

We love to visit Frankenmuth every year, and it is a tradition of ours to eat at Zehnder's. The family style Chicken Dinner is very filling and tasty. Memories from my childhood still flood my mind when visiting Frankenmuth. Zehnder's ambience will put everyone in the mood for the Holidays. The Christmas Decor is beautiful this time of year (November), and seeing horse drawn carriages along the streets as the glow of Christmas lights light your path downtown to all your favorite little shops, will surely lift your spirits and prepare you for this joyful time of year.

The cuisine at One Eighteen is a symphony of flavors; each dish more exquisite than the last. We look forward to the menu change over just to see what new hits the chef has come up with. The cocktails are a masterful blend of art and alchemy. Ethan, our waiter last night, not only demonstrates impeccable timing but is a true maestro of hospitality. Alas, we did not have the opportunity to discuss the true nature of strawberries with him. Perhaps next time?
