A Max restaurant always serves a great meal with great service. I have no idea how they can be so consistent. A great business lunch/dinner spot.

Service was very slow in terms of coming to take our order

Valentines weekend dinner. Traditionally a very busy weekend. We were seated in a room normally used for large parties but that was in use for the weekend. It made for a very cozy enjoyable experience. Our server, Kayla, was very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was amazing. Fresh bread and shrimp cocktail with jumbo shrimp to start. Perfect crab bisque-so delicious! Husband had the Rib Eye, which was cooked to perfection, along with Yukon mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon. I had the lobster tail with the Yukon mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon. Too full for dessert! Perfect evening from start to finish. Very pleasant staff and wonderful food. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy dining at Capital Grille in Hartford. The service was amazing! Krissy was our server and she was fantastic. Great food and wine!

We had a wonderful pre-theater meal at Trumbull Kitchen. Megan was the hostess when we arrived and was terrifically accommodating on our request for a table in a specific location. The service was excellent, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dinners. Everything tasted as beautifully as it looked. It's a wonderful place to go for a drink or dinner before the theater. My only less-than-enthusiastic comment was that the restaurant was very loud made worse by music playing way too loudly in my opinion. It makes it a challenge to have good conversation over dinner.
