Open since July 4th, 2002, Black Cat Bistro is known for serving Innovative Farm Fresh Fare. Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere at Parchetto makes it a great restaurant to enjoy lunch with a good friend or loved one. Our salmon salads were perfectly prepared. The bread we asked for was freshly baked from the oven. We had a delicious meal to linger over, and a wonderful catch-up visit on Saturday in beautiful downtown Paso Robles.

One of our go to favorites in Paso! Great atmosphere, amazing food and overall nice experience. When the Sea Bass is available you have to do it. Service is always on point. Paso locals have been running this place for 20+ years and we love to support it.
