The snapper dish was excellent. The fish had a fine texture. The creme brulee and Irish coffee were superb. Our dining experience was simply wonderful.

Every year I bring my daughter and my grandkids up to Birmingham for a special pre-Christmas celebration. They always have a wonderful experience and look forward to going again next year. The food was delicious as always and the experience with my wife, daughter and all four of grandchildren leaves us with another year of memories.

I took our IT department here for the Annual Christmas lunch and everyone loved it! Every plate was clean when we finished and dessert was also served. I had the fish special of the day - Grouper served over a grit cake with a white wine butter sauce. It was off the charts delicious!! I have eaten at Bistro-V many times through the years and they are always exceptional.

Our first time there and, yes, it’s expensive but it WOW it was an exceptional meal. Service was personal and attentive, really great. Steaks were some of the best we’ve had out and one in our party said the black cod was best they’ve had. It was fairly loud in there, but everyone was having a great time. If you want quiet, probably not for you. If you want a happening spot with amazing food and service, definitely give them a shot. We’ll be back!

Nice dinner at the bar. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was solid and would come back for another meal.
