Restaurants near Red Roof Inn Canton

Took my wife here for Valentines Day. First time here. The environment is very pleasant and interesting as it is a re-engineered old barn. As you go into very large, impressive front doors, the 3 level interior is well done. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Food was all prepared professionally and a joy to eat. We enjoyed ourselves.

Upscale Italian / American restaurant with a New York style that was ideal for Valentine's Day. Wife had short ribs; I had lasagna. Short ribs were flavorful and very tender; lasagna was excellent, obviously homemade, and an extra large portion. Entrees are generally $25-$40 with some exceptions (such as what we ordered was less). Service was excellent, food well-prepared. Only issues were pricey drinks and wine; at $12 for mixed drinks and a $15 starter price for a glass of wine we were disappointed, although we understand that their imported wines may be better quality than found elsewhere. Mostly mature adults in the restaurant, no children, as the experience is likely too pricey for less-than-affluent families.

We went to Twisted Olive for my husband’s birthday. The food was fantastic as always. We had a nice roomy booth across from a fireplace which was perfect. Our waiter was Garrett. He was friendly and efficient. We got the lemon brûlée cheesecake for dessert which was absolutely amazing. We will be back soon!

Our waitress was amazing and very kind but I was disappointed to see the manager ( i believe manager) to be wearing a hoodie and their hood up with sweatpants on yelling at his employees telling them what to d. we can see that the employees seem to be respectfully dressed and nice to talk to. That would be my only complaint

I feel it’s as good value for seafood plus it’s hard to find a good spot for seafood in the canton area. There’s a couple of very good servers at RL but we also had some very poor ones too. We do ask to be sat with our favorite servers. I recommend doing the same.
