Restaurants near Rhea Springs Recreation Area

There were four in our party. We had a 3:00 p.m. reservation and were seated immediately when we arrived. After ordering beverages, we elected to order our meals from the lunch menu. We did not order appetizers. Our waiter was excellent, described the specials for the day, answered our questions, and took our orders. Three of us ordered salads, which were served slightly after the hot rolls and butter. We had time to finish eating our salads before the entrees arrived. Meals were exactly as ordered. Our waiter was attentive, but not excessively so, cleared our empty plates as we finished using, and prepared carry-out with the leftovers. All-in-all it was a great experience.

Second time in two weeks we’ve been & hasn’t disappointed us at all. Service, food, & atmosphere are great!!! The wagyu steak is amazing!!!! The only improvement would be to add a smoked Old Fashion to the drink menu…..

We made a reservation for Thanksgiving. The restaurant was running a little bit behind, so they really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Because of their exemplary customer service, they made the wait seem nonexistent. We really appreciate their hospitality. The food was superb and the ambiance was warm and inviting. We look forward to coming back! Big thank you to the manager, Ava! What an absolute asset to your leadership!

We had the Thanksgiving buffet and everything was well prepared and flavorful as usual. Service was excellent given how busy it was that evening. We regularly attend Chesapeake's holiday buffets and will continue for years to come.

Husband planned a surprise birthday party for me with five couples and we had such a good time at the Chop House (West Knoxville).  Ribeye, prime rib, and fillet all delicious. 🎉
