Restaurants near Roche Harbor Marina

Had a great night with the family. Restaurant wasn't very busy, our server was excellent and the food was top notch. No complaints from any of us.

Arrived at 7pm and had reserved a place in the corner so I could enjoy a quiet dinner with my date. The server was excellent, no rushing whatsoever (I later found out the kitchen closes at 8pm). Drinks were served promptly and dinner was hot and delicious, (I had the smoked chicken in cream sauce on pasta - very tasty). Then I notice most of the patrons were gone and that's when I found out it closes at 8pm,it was 8:15. She said, 'no rush, can I get you a cup of coffee'. We had a lovely evening and left at 8:36pm. I rarely if ever give a 20%tip - that night was the exception. I will go back for sure.

Afternoon Tea at Butchart Gardens is always a fabulous experience. Truly an enjoyable way to spend time with family and friends - great food and amazing service all wrapped up together in a wonderful setting.

I have been to Boom and Batten numerous times, find it can be really good or a miss. Our dinner this evening was amazing. Our server was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. We had the meatballs, gnocchi and the pappardelle duck pasta. We will be back.
