Tujague's is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans. This French Quarter institution has been serving traditional New Orleans cuisine to locals and visitors alike for more than 160 years. Lore states that brunch originated here, as did the Grasshopper cocktail. Café Sbisa, established in 1899 and the third oldest fine-dining establishment in the French Quarter, is proud to re-open under the direction of a new team to once again offer the highest quality French-Creole cuisine in a welcoming, historical setting that both locals and tourists will appreciate.     Ambiance and service were excellent. The food options were good, I did a 3 course option with gumbo, half a jerk chicken with broccolini and sweet potato, and bread pudding. My wife had lamb empenadas and an amazing cauliflower dish. Each dish was good, especially the cauliflower and bread pudding. Also had a couple of drinks that were excellent. Would definitely come back and will recommend to others visiting NOLA.

    Meghan and Murphy provided us with first class service! It was so wonderful being served by a father and daughter team. The food was outstanding! The pecan bread pudding is my new favorite dessert! Just scrumptious!

    I have to say I don’t understand all the bad reviews about this place. The food was excellent ( the hanger steak and gulf fish) and the service was lovely. I’ll definitely be back!

    Tragic start to NYD considering the Bourbon St attack. Brennan’s opened late, we called to confirm our reservation too. Cindy & Sheldon were great. We went w/ Sheldon’s recommendations - Eggs Carpaccio (our fav), Oysters, Eggs St. Charles + Owen’s Scotch Egg. Definitely, we did the Banana Foster. The Musicians were a great addition. We had a better experience here vs Mr. B’s Bistro last night.
