Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. This restaurant is amazing. The wait staff was so great and recommended the best dishes for us. We went there for happy hour and I think it’s the best in Seattle! The ribs, burger and the banana crème brûlée are a must!
