- BBeckyNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food here is excellent! Josh is a great waiter, we ask to be seated with him everytime we come to the restaurant. Fried calamari very light great appetizer. This time I had chicken franchise. Very tasty, had leftovers. Hubby had shrimp scampi, he always has this dish. We also shared a Caesar salad, it is large enough to share.More infoPino Bianco at Turning StonePrice: Expensive• Italian• Verona•4.6

- MMicheleNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined on 9 Nov 2024We really enjoyed our meals at Canal Side Inn. The food was excellent! Could not have been better. From interesting and fresh soup and salad choices, to well prepared and presented main courses and desserts, everything was great. The atmosphere is like taking a step back in time, with wood paneling and even a full phone booth outside the bar area. The music, tunes I remembered hearing at my grandparent's house, complemented the environment nicely. Tables were beautifully set and the service pleasant and attentive. The only thing that was a slight negative, and due to the age and location of the space, was a musty smell initially upon entering. A little bit like a grandparent's house, too! :) In no way did that impact the overall experience for us, and we will definitely be back.More infoCanal Side InnPrice: Expensive• French• Utica•4.7
