The Three Cranes is a beautiful Grade II listed building with classic features in the centre of the charming village of Turvey.Nestled in the rolling countryside between Bedford, Milton Keynes and Northampton, Turvey is a beautiful, historical village on the river Ouse at the centre of a network of country paths. It has many historical stone buildings and is centred around the ancient manor, Turvey House. We serve food freshly prepared from high quality ingredients with a focus on local sourcing. We always provide at least three vegan options and source fresh fish on a daily basis, based on the catches of the day and use these to create daily fish specials.     Celebrating a birthday today with 2 friends at Bills at Rushden Lakes. The food was great, service was excellent and although the restaurant was busy, we weren’t kept waiting. Couldn’t fault a thing. Then 2 staff came with the desserts and sang happy birthday, such a lovely touch! Very impressed and one of our party is coeliac and the staff were very attentive to her dietary needs. Really good experience!

    My husband and i had a fantastic night at The Snooty Fox yesterday. From the cosy bar where we had a pre dinner drink to the outstanding service we received while having dinner. The food was great, we both had scallops for a starter then I had a chicken caesar salad while my husband opted for the pork chop which was huge! We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Is it on the pricey side?....yes. Do you get what you pay for?....yes. we will definitely be returning.
