overall great but think the waiter lost track of us between mains and coffee

We ordered from the Light Lunch menu, the half an avocado with a HUGE portion of tiny Bay shrimp, and lettuce, of course, and mini yellow tomatoes, plus a generous container of Thousand Island dressing! Also the “cup” of clam chowder was a perfect accompaniment!

We had a wonderful dinner at Sushi Ran. Delicious food, excellent service, in a lovely setting on their front patio. Highly recommended.

I wish I knew the waitress’s name. She made the evening. So efficient so pleasant but not in an unctuous way. What a hard worker. Incredible. The food was good. We had the house flatbread which was savory and flavorful without being too heavy on toppings. The calamari was absent of seasoning—forgot to slay and pepper prior to breading and frying for sure-but the sauces and lemon helped. The Brussel sprouts yummy crispy the filet very good and very small-the bernaise a bit gloppy-the scallops were stellar cooked perfectly. Cheesecake and carrot cake. Not too sweet, fresh and yummy. But the server. A+. Hustled in an efficient way. Mindful and pleasant.

My wife and I have dined now at Osteria Divino on five separate occasions several of which we have brought other guests. The food and value are superb. The music on Thursday through Saturday night, although lovely is too loud and precludes much conversation unless one sits either in the third and back dining area or the second and middle dining area. Overall, I think the combination of a superb Italian menu and very well prepared food and very responsive service is a combined winner, and we feel very pleased to have discovered Osteria Divino in the last couple of months.
