Great place for staff holiday luncheon, excellent lava cake!

I have been coming to Ruth’s Chris for special events and every day meals for decades. This is the first time I’ve had a mediocre experience. I ordered the chicken which I haven’t done for a long time, and it was very dry. Several people ordered the bread pudding for dessert and we’re disappointed.  We had two people waiting on our table, which may have contributed to some confusion, but, one person’s drink order was totally missed.  We are a group of 10 and have done Christmas dinners for the last seven or eight years at Ruth’s Chris and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. It wasn’t terrible last night but it was not up to our normal standard of service and food quality.

Amazing food and service!! The new winter menu was fantastic. The server was just the right amount of attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was our second visit for a special dinner, and we will definitely be back!

Our service was impeccable, food was excellent and love the ambiance of the new location! First time at Stony Point location but not to the Southern Kitchen Experience !
