Staff was very helpful. Asked if we could be sat a window table.staff accommodate us without any problems. Restaurant wasn't very noisy.

It was our first time having the brunch at the ffolks and we could not fault it. There was so much variety to choose from and everything was done to such a high standard. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back

We hired a pod, which was amazing! We had loads of room and privacy. The food was gorgeous and the service second to none. We will be back!

Very sweet serving staff who had had absolutely no training in how to wait at table. Not their fault but more experienced staff standing around without giving them any help or advice. Food generally ok although my pork ribeye was inedibly tough.

The Elm Tree is one of only two or three eating venues around Wisbech that are decent enough to celebrate a family event or a place to take business visitors. The food was excellently presented and was very enjoyable. It is quite pricey but the quality justifies this, and which also perhaps prevents it becoming a run-of-the-mill pubgrub outlet. The service is fine - a little forgetful on drinks orders, but otherwise quite attentive. I would have no hesitation in visiting again. However - and I have witnessed this before here - there is far too much loud swearing in the bar area from (presumably) local 'lads', which can easily be overheard by diners in the upper restaurant tables to the side of the bar. This has to be stopped if the Elm Tree wishes to be considered a professional operation.
