Great food, wonderful service, and breathtaking views!

We visited Billy’s on weekend morning for their brunch menu. Service was excellent and the meals, a breakfast burger and french dip, were excellent. The atmosphere was bright and open making the street views enjoyable. Very pleased. We will return soon.

Just like finding a four leaf clover, our stars lined up on my wife's birthday. We got our favorite table and our favorite server, Ashley. Her engaging personality and stylish way of dressing set the tone. She was professional, caring and attentive. Our burrata was delightful, the aruglua salad fresh and delicious and our entree was superb (we particularly liked the al dente pasta. Bravo! Our dinner was topped off with your homemade fresh strawberry ice cream and crushed almond biscotti which evoked memories long forgotten of strawberry ice cream sandwiches! My only minor complaint is that I am not offered SIX OR MORE stars to award you! We look forward to returning again soon!

The food and service were wonderful! Loved the raspberry margarita! My friend said her salmon was awesome! Served was very attentive and prompt service!

We picked Lucky pretty much at random while passing through Roanoke and were glad we did. Wonderful vibe, interesting, well-thought-out menu, warm, personable service. The place is tucked away on a downtown side street that looks more like an alley. Inside, cozy and well-appointed. Very good cocktails.
