Our family first arrived in America from Italy in 1927 by way of Ellis Island. I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.​Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love.     Absolutely fabulous! The food is always delicious and very consistent. We always have a great meal. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

    Imagine you are traveling and run across a casino/rv property in a small town southern oregon. You may think bigfoot, or loggers, or truckers, and you'd be right! Among all of that is a steakhouse called Kbar. This steakhouse is located in the Seven Feathers casino(which is also a great find), and this steakhouse will treat you so well that you will walk away with a 5 star feeling. They have great staff (pro tip ask for Bobby as your server) very approachable setting, and most of all excellent beef, and they own the Ranch it comes from locally.
