Food was amazing. Server not great. Didn’t pick up empty plates. Others had to come by and help support. Asked if they could take the menus before taking our orders. Couldn’t recommend on cocktails.

First time diner at Saranello’s! Emily was our server! Very personable and sweet! Food was outstanding! The chicken parm was a real pleaser! The lasagna was very yummy too , I wish it was a bigger piece! The prices were standard for Italian food! Good values! Definitely going back again!

Loved my experience here! I had an incredible experience at Ema from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was seated right away, which set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable evening. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Mediterranean-inspired menu offers a great variety of small plates, and each one was a hit. The hummus was silky smooth, the kebabs were perfectly cooked. Pairing everything with a glass of wine made for an even more memorable experience. Service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Overall, Ema exceeded all expectations. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner or a special night out, this place delivers. I can’t wait to return!

Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is that when you order a fillet medium well maybe the server could ask if you’re OK with it being butterflied because ours is pretty pink inside. Although it tasted fantastic

As usyal, the experience was great. Tonight we met a server new to us named Mary. She was very friendly and efficient. We had to chuckle when she asked if we had been there before, since in 2024 we had been at the Wheeling facility 53 times. Mary has been added to our list of favorite servers.
