Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region).     I went there with my boyfriend celebrating our four month anniversary and it was his first time. He was enjoying himself and I’m glad because he never went to this restaurant before. I’m glad he enjoyed the service and the food. Had a great experience and the staff was so friendly and so helpful. And celebrating our anniversary came with a complementary dessert which topped off the evening. You made our anniversary so special. 😊

    We were able to get a reservation for dining within 20 minutes of when we first looked at availability which allowed us to get there quick, with no waiting. We were able to get window table and were seated as soon as we arrived. Food was very good and service was exceptional. The noise level was higher than we prefer, but this is a very popular restaurant for larger groups, so the noise was not unexpected.
