Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life. Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. For the past three years, Ed has been managing an Italian restaurant while also maintaining a career in tech and finally made the life-changing decision to open his own restaurant. That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. Our dinner was fantastic! We were impressed as soon as we stepped out of our car, the valet was attentive and kind. Hostess and front desk made us feel welcome. The waitress knew what she was talking about, she was so knowledgeable. We also loved the tasteful Christmas decorations.

The food here was phenomenal. Had three different dishes at our table and all had excellent flavor. Service was on point as well. For reference, I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, which has excellent dining options.

Our dining experience was very good the waitress was exceptionally attentive we enjoyed the food very much it was well prepared and delicious and the ambience was good there was not a lot of noise so we could talk and be heard very well. We would recommend Red Lobster to everyone because the food was excellent👍
