El Parrillaje Juarez is a restaurant that specializes in roasted meat and market-quality fresh seafood. The restaurant is warm and welcoming with plenty of both raw and stained wood used as decoration, which evokes the wood-fired grill that El Parrillaje Juarez uses in the back to cook up all of its hand selected proteins.
