食材上還可以，醬料飲料那些要自己拿問題是自助區在2樓，如果是1樓的客人會有點不便因為樓梯不是很好走，如果有年長或年幼者的顧客可能要稍微注意一下腳下。值得推薦的是服務，平常不常烤肉的人不用太擔心，可以請服務生協助你。(用餐當天遇到的服務生超會烤，時不時還會過來看一下這邊是否需要協助，真的超棒!)
