Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Best restaurant I have been to so far in Ireland. I had booked the terrace for the nice views. Spectacular views especially during the evening. Was a bit too chilly even with the heating provided. However we were provided with blankets to cover up. The service was exceptional, food came fast, tasted good as well. Just the steak wasn’t hot enough but still tasted good. A bit costly but I would say worth the experience.
