Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. Had a super night last night in The Purty Kitchen. Food was delicious and the setting was really nice and cozy. After our lovely meal we went upstairs for the “When Ireland Rocked” show which was fantastic. Definitely recommend
