SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. Four of us dined there and we all liked the food we ordered. Our server was truly terrific. She saw that we preferred a quiet table, and she found us one that was set apart so that we could converse easily. The food was definitely a cut above: more inventive, fresher, better ingredients, better execution than your average restaurant.
