John is from Mitchelstown originally and studied Hotel & Catering Management in third level. Having worked in Hotels, Bars and Restaurants throughout Cork and Limerick for many years john decided to take the plunge and open his own Restaurant in his home town.The Restaurant has gone from strength to strength since opening always offering something new and fresh to the locality.
