Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers. We visited as a couple on Christmas Eve - was very happy with service / quality of the meal …… and the cost. Highly recommended - would definitely visit again. Special thanks to the 2 you young ladies serving on Christmas Eve - great service !

Me and my friend went for a girly trip away and we stayed in the feature room which overlooks the river - it was stunning. The beds are so comfy! The room itself is warm, inviting and clean to a high standard. Due to the flooding, the receptionist kindly upgraded us in the likelihood that the room flooded, with it being so close to the river. We then experienced staying in the junior suit and oh my, how beautiful. We have been truly spoilt. It was unfortunate regarding the floods but this did not stop us from enjoying our time away. The staff were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much. We are definitely thinking about staying again!
