Restaurants near Toronto Union Station

Excellent experience.....although.....just one tiny comment. We were there for lunch/brunch and the food served should have been a bit warmer, and that was true for all 6 of us.

Was greeted promptly and seated right away. Different seating arrangements. The room was dimly lit. Could have used a little more light. The server was very professional and prompt. The menu had many choices. The price is slightly higher but probably typical for that level of service and restaurant. We were going to a Raps game and wanted to enjoy a restaurant with a higher star review. This place was great. I would recommend it.

Food and service were both perfect. We sat at the Chef’s Rail so we saw all of the action in the kitchen. Thank you everyone for a great night out!

Our New Year's Day dinner at Reign was outstanding! Half a dozen oysters to start, nice and fresh with freshly shave horseradish and two sauces; entrees consisted of lobster linguine, perfectly cooked al dente, braised beef cheeks that were melt in your mouth tender, Cornish hen and duck a l'orange, cooked medium. Everything tasted delicious (we like to share!) and the presentations were first class. Entree plates were nice and warm, the sigh of a top-notch venue. Services was very professional, charming and impeccable. We felt very well taken care of, in an authentic way. Place was not full, but we weren't looking for a high-energy place after NYE. It was very enjoyable and just the dinner we were looking forward to kick off 2025. Also the decor around the hotel was simply stunning, well done Royal York! We will definitely be back, and not just on special occasions. Merci!

Great service from start to finish. Our server was very attentive, food was prepped quickly and everything was delicious. The Brussels sprouts and tuna bowl are worth ordering!
