Originally known as Phoebe's Garden Café, the restaurant has a long and colorful history in Syracuse. Local lore claims that the building was originally a brothel, and Phoebe was its madam. Overall the place is spectacular! Absolutely scenic outside and elegant inside . The service was excellent! The food was very very good. I was very pleased with all the labeled gluten-free options. . Family friendly. We will definitely book this again for a holiday or special event ! At first, when we saw the line was waiting outside to be seated, we were slightly concerned in the chili air. But it moved very quickly, and was well worth the line.
