After an extensive 2 year renovation by local artists and crafts people, Merrill’s 1940’s DNR Headquarters was transformed into a beautiful community gathering place. With comfortable lounge areas, outdoor open space and an historic conference room, the Sawmill is a popular hang-out and the perfect venue for both public and private events. The Sawmill Food Trailer is open for drive through every Thursday from 4-7pm. The menu changes weekly and is updated on our Facebook page.Snacks including locally made pizzas and charcuterie boards are available for purchase from our bartenders.Head Brewer Ben Osness keeps our 16 taps filled with delicious Sawmill beer using locally-sourced ingredients to create unique flavors. We also feature a variety of Wisconsin craft brews, sodas, kombucha and even nitro coffee.
