Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. Our waitress/server was Lexie and she was FANTASTIC. We were there to celebrate our Anniversary and she made us feel so special. She helped with wine and food selections. She did not rush us. Was very personal, she knew when to talk and when to give us space. We have been here on several occasions with family and friends but this was one of most enjoyable experiences at Firebirds. Loved that wines were half price on Mondays. The manager stopped by to check in. Thanks again Lexie.
