The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages.     I would highly suggest eating here as often as you can! The food and the service is so exceptionally consistent. The short rib hummus is to die for the whipped Greek feta salad divine and the gnocchi. Oh my lord. Plus to top it off they offer cannolis which is very hard to find it. Any restaurant in Bozeman? They are large and full of packed flavor. If there's two of you you only need one!

    Visited on Valentine’s Day around 6:30. Was busy but received excellent service, being quickly greeted at the door and again at our table. Food was delivered fairly quickly and was delicious! Ordered the salmon, bison, potatoes, and brussels. Really enjoyed our meal and both commented on how we should have eaten at Open Range must sooner. Still talking about meal this morning and how we will need to go back!

    This was our first visit to Brigade. The service was excellent, the wait staff did a great job. Food came out quickly. The beef rib was amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly and was very good. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will visit again in the future.

    We were super impressed with the quality of the food and service by Taylor was exceptional. She was so kind, personable & highly attentive to us. The dry rub on the wings were fantastic! We will be back when we visit our little bobcat again! Yay, MSU!
