Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. Despite the large crowd, everyone wanting to celebrate the holidays with friends and family while eating yummy Italian food, the staff at Oliverios handled it extremely well. Our server Morgan was unflappable as she went from table to table ensuring all her customers had everything they needed. The food was excellent as always. It was a very good evening at Oliverios.

Kylie was an amazing server. The menu has numerous selections and the food is very good. The chef is creative and uses many local purveyors. The restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming.
