Restaurants near Walnut Creek Recreation Area

This is a restaurant that knows how to cook salmon! I usually never order that in restaurants because they overcook it. It was served with seasonal veggies and a beet risotto that blew me away! I hate beets normally, but this was excellent. My boyfriend got the seafood risotto which was also excellent (I stole a taste). We were sad that they were all out of bread pudding for dessert, but it must be excellent if it was sold out by 7pm! Can't wait to try it next time. Got a blackened crab on cucumber planks as an appetizer and it was just meh. This is my third time at this restaurant and I haven't gotten a bad meal yet.

Spezia never disappoints. Please don’t change! My go to for out of town company and special occasions.

At any restaurant and for any meal, the waitperson sets the stage for the experience. Our’s was a five star player! She was there, but not annoyingly so. Her discussion of the menu’s choices were thorough and well informed. She set the stage for an enjoyable meal that included great food complemented by outstanding service.

Delicious food and good menu selection. Not very busy we sat at the bar. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Had pub burger and it was hot cooked perfectly and delicious. Hubby had fish and chips which were perfectly breaded and cooked. Will definitely be back again soon!

It was our first time at Hurrdat and we went for dinner and music bingo. Our server was great and he checked on us often. The food was good and we enjoyed music bingo. We will be visiting again.
