- GGlennAsheville / Western North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI've been to several O-Ku's and they are all great. The one in Charlotte is now my favorite. The food is so crazy good that they are often packed to the rafters and the noise level escalates accordingly. Last night was busy, with the restaurant being about 70% full and it still felt cozy and was quiet enough for my client and I to have a meaningful conversation without straining to hear each other over the din. Our server was excellent, just the right combination of attentive and unobtrusive. The food was, as always, fantastic: fresh, beautifully presented and fun to eat.More infoO-Ku - CharlottePrice: Moderate• Japanese• Southend•4.7

We were met by our hostess Ashland with a welcoming smile, immediately making us feel comfortable. We were led to a beautifully, naturally lit table with precise flatware and napkin presentation. Our server, Conner, expertly explained the menu and how things worked. This was our first time having wine service this way. It’s fun! Wine on tap? Wine not? We decided on the Ken Wright BONNY JEAN VINEYARD'PINOT NOIR Yamhill-Carlton, OR. An elegant, medium bodied lunch fare wine. We ate tapas style that included bacon wrapped dates and fried zucchini along with a three item charcuterie served with a delightful honeycomb. We split the house salad and shared a fig and prosciutto pizza. The food is magnificent and elegantly plated! Connor recommend the CHÂTEAU MALIJAY 'CÔTES DU RHÔNE'GRENACHE + SYRAH + MOURVEDERE. A perfect pair with the pizza! Thank you, to the entire staff of Sixty Vines, for exceeding our expectations in every way. We cant wait to return for dinner service.More infoSixty Vines - Charlotte SouthendPrice: Moderate• Wine Bar• Southend•4.8
- IizzySouth Carolina •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this wonderful restaurant in Charlotte with my boyfriend, and we absolutely loved our experience! As a visitor from Greenville, South Carolina, I was impressed by the beautiful ambiance and energetic atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the steak frites, and it was fantastic—definitely recommend it! I also enjoyed a refreshing sangria on the side. My boyfriend had the lobster mac & cheese, which was equally delightful. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive, contributing to the overall positive vibe. It was evident that everyone there was happy, and the entire place ran smoothly. The bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus! I highly recommend making a reservation, as it tends to get busy (which is a great sign!). Our food arrived quickly, and the staff was genuinely kind throughout our visit. Overall, this place is a must-try! Our bill was around 75$ and we left our server a 23$ tip just because we love making People happy ❤️😌More infoSTIR CharlottePrice: Moderate• American• Southend•4.5
- DDanielleNew York City •19 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoHad such a wonderful dinner here due to wonderful people & delicious food! When I made the reservation on OpenTable, I mentioned that we were coming for a special occasion: to celebrate getting our marriage license. Well someone from the restaurant reached out to confirm the details and when we arrived we were handed a beautiful Mr. & Mrs. wooden box with wine glasses inside. We definitely didn't expect such a thoughtful gift and that completely wowed us! We ordered the polpette & beef tartare cannolis for starters and they were amazing. The beef tartare cannolis were so unique and definitely my favorite item of the meal. I could have eaten a dozen of those. We got pasta for our mains: him the black pepper tagliatelle and me the cacio & pepe, both were delicious but man the tagliatelle was incredible. I had the lemon torta for dessert and it was delicious - so bright and fresh with a little bit of creaminess to it. We loved our food but were blown away by the kindness of the people and cannot wait to come back. Everything that passed by our table looked delicious and I'm looking forward to exploring more of the menu!More infoIndaco- CharlottePrice: Moderate• Italian• Southend•4.8
